Yvette Oliver-Mighten founded @Home Childcare in 2005. A former teacher and mother of 3 young children, Yvette struggled to find a flexible childcare solution when she needed it most, after the birth of her third child.
"Childcare can become overwhelming when your children start school. Suddenly, the need for flexible childcare is not just desirable but essential especially if you have to balance the needs of pre-school and school aged children with your own working needs."
Wendy Rhodes joined @Home Childcare two years ago as a home childcarer. She now combines roles as an administrative support as well as home childcare.
