We go to great lengths to fully understand your needs and aspirations. Our friendly, personal interviews are thorough in assessing your requirements, thus helping us to match you with a compatible family. We meet all our families in their home to ensure your safety and successful matching.
@Home Childcare actively promotes equal access for applicants interested in working with children. We welcome applications from professional childcarers and applicants with relevant experience such as teaching assistants. In addition, we are also interested in applicants who have skills, knowledge and experience of working with children, and just need advice and guidance in attaining a nationally recognised childcare qualification.
Our childcarers come from diverse social, cultural backgrounds and are aged between 19 and 60, male and female.
