How do I book?
Please ring the office to request a family visit. The family visit is essential in our matching process and is an opportunity for you to meet a @Home Childcare representative face to face. We will explain the service in greater detail, whilst assessing your childcare needs. At this stage we will complete a job profile containing details of your needs and expectations, so that if you wish to go ahead, we can match you with a childcarer. It is also an opportunity for you to answer any questions you may have about the service and to discuss issues such as risk assessment.
