Find out more about our professional childminder community
Ofsted registered community
Our Ofsted registered childminder agency operates as a community for professional childminders. We call childminders, home early educators (educators, for short), in recognition of their specialist role providing care and early education to children in a home setting.
We register educators and provide development support, training and quality assured regulation, all with the aim of achieving the very best quality of early education and care for children.
Together our community is like a family because we care about educators. We support you to develop your home-based business by providing mentoring, business and expert early years support.
"Childminders praise the agency for the regular support that it offers and the reassurance this affords them in knowing they are "doing it right".
We are a community interest company
As a community interest company, we have a social mission to remove the barriers that prevent suitable, capable people from registering as childminder educators. That’s why we fund so much of the support and training to help you set up and develop a home-based business.
We operate in the following areas where we have local staff: Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Sheffield, Swindon, Bristol and Birmingham.
We love what you do!
