Eastwood Lodge Childminding
Childminder in Kidderminster, Worcestershire (DY10)
About me
I’m a mother to 4 children aged 12, 16, 19 and 22. I have years of experience with my own children, and I come from a large family, so have vast amounts of nieces and nephews, from 2 years old to adults.
What’s important to me is that children feel safe, loved, heard and valued, and that each one is unique in their own way.
I’ve always loved children, hence why I had 4. Now mine are all older and need me in other ways than play and care. I honestly feel lost, kind of like empty nest syndrome. I miss having little children around me, capturing all their curiosity, the smiles, the laughter, the excitement of learning and playing, silly stories, adventures. I genuinely feel I have so much more to offer to others.
I’m a mother myself and had to use a childminder years ago, so I know just how precious children are and how much faith you have to put in someone else caring for your child.
