About me
I’m Lucy, a qualified childminder in Sprotbrough, with a diploma in Childcare and Education and a degree in Early Years Education. I have years of early years experience working in nurseries as well as bringing up three children of my own.
As a registered childminder I provide registered childcare for children aged 0-12 years in my comfortable, home-from-home setting. I have a passion for providing tailored activities and experiences for young children, to encourage them to develop their independence and learn through play.
As well as following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), I also place an emphasis on independence in children as this helps them to have self reliance, self esteem and the personal and social skills they need to navigate the world.
