About me
I am a qualified childminder based in Rugby, offering a warm, home-from-home environment where children feel happy, safe, and heard. I have experience working in a nursery toddler room and a special needs school, and I also have personal experience with special educational needs, as my son is autistic and has ADHD.
Children’s happiness and having fun are at the heart of what I do. I believe every child is unique and deserves to be nurtured in a setting that values their individuality. I started childminding to spend quality time with my own children while also helping other parents return to work, knowing their little ones are cared for in a loving, homely space.
I offer flexible hours and provide registered funded hours to support families in finding high-quality childcare that fits their needs.

About my home setting
All @Home Childcare childminder settings are fully risk-assessed and inspected to ensure they are safe and suitable premises for children.
My Home Setting Includes:
- Reading Corner – A cozy space with comfy cushions to encourage a love for books.
- Kallax Unit – Organized storage with different drawers filled with a variety of toys.
- Play Table – A dedicated space for hands-on activities and creative play.
- Play Kitchen – Complete with play food and utensils for fun and imaginative role play.

Activities
All @Home Childcare childminders follow the EYFS to ensure every child’s learning and develoment is supported, as well as get to know each child on an individual basis and tailor activities to their needs. Examples include:
