Kay – Quality Manager & Head of Safeguarding
During registration, Kay helps assess your suitability to become a childminder. Kay is also one of our mentors (SAMs – Support and Monitoring) who are our first port of call for EYFS matters once you’re registered.

Emma – Pre-registration Guide
Emma handles general questions about the registration process. She’ll help you understand where you are in the journey, what happens next, where to find the information and resources you need, and connect you with the right member of the team when specialist support is needed.
Olivia – Onboarding Administrator
Enrolments for children joining your setting. Olivia also handles learner enrolments if you choose to hire an apprentice.

HR, vetting and suitability. Questions about your DBS and suitability checks.
